P-Series (2025) – SRAM Rival eTap AXS, 54 cm

Built to turn T1-to-T2 into free time, the 2025 P-Series borrows its silhouette and wind-tunnel smarts from the P5, then adds tri-friendly practicality. The new frame is 5.9 g faster than the previous P-Series and pairs increased tyre clearance with neater internal routing. Cervélo’s first in-frame storage swallows a tube, CO₂ and tool, and the included Smartpak 400 top-tube bento keeps fuelling aero and within reach.

Fit comes first: a D-shaped steerer with a round stem interface lets you run your preferred basebar and extensions and adjust stack (up to +53 mm with spacers) as your position evolves. This build uses the dependable Zipp Vuka Alumina bar/extension combo for easy, precise set-up.

SRAM’s Rival eTap AXS 12-speed group delivers wireless shifting with a 48/35T crank, 10-30 cassette and integrated power meter for pacing and post-ride analysis. Hydraulic disc brakes stay confident on technical descents. Vision Team i23 tubeless-ready wheels and 29 mm Vittoria Corsa N.EXT TLR tyres strike a fast, stable balance—and the chassis has the clearance to step up to deeper, faster wheels when you’re ready.

BBright DUB bottom bracket, Cervélo SP23 carbon seatpost and Cervélo Tri saddle round out a package that’s fast on paper and faster on course. This bike is in 54 cm and ready to race.
