Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Sale or discounted items and gift cards are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without authorisation will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable.

Elite Racing Cycles is not responsible for items lost in transit.
A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, equivalent to:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Banks and card providers may take additional time to finalise processing
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Faulty Goods & Australian Consumer Law
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. These rights apply regardless of store policy.
