With over 30 years of experience in Bicycle Mechanics, our Service Team is highly knowledgeable in road, mountain, cyclocross and commuter bicycles and everything inbetween.

We are trained in Shimano, Campagnolo, Bosch and many more aspects of modern & classic bicycles, and use only the highest quality tools & lubricants on your ride.

We know how important it is to have your bike running at it’s absolute peak, and accordingly we cover all the bases, and quality check every serviced bike to ensure everything is perfect for you when you hit the road.

Cant make it in to drop your bike in or pick up? We also provide free pickups and drop offs with a Full Service within the inner suburbs of the CBD. Alternatively we charge per KM with minor services or picks up's that aren't within our zone.

Elite Racing Cycles Service & Repair

Checkover | $119

Our Checkover Service includes the checking & adjustment of all moving parts on your bike.

We align the derailleur hanger & adjust the gears, adjust the brakes, true both wheels and give everything a thorough inspection for safety & performance.

We give your bike a minor detail, lubricate your drivetrain, parts and cables as required.

Bearing preload is checked & adjusted.

All bikes are test ridden post service to ensure quality & safety.

Full Service | $259

The Full Service is the most comprehensive service offered here at Elite. We highly recommend this level of service at least once a year. Our Full Service takes about five hours, this gives us time to give your bike the attention it deserves. When your bike arrives, we will go through the bike with you, checking the wear on the components and discussing any issues which you may have encountered whilst riding the bike.

All parts will be stripped from the bike leaving a bare frame. Drivetrain parts will then be taken to our parts cleaner and cleaned thoroughly until they are back to their best possible condition. Both wheels are removed from the bike and thoroughly inspected. Will will true them & inspect the condition of both tyres. We service the bearings in the hubs, bottom bracket and headset, re-grease, and re-assemble them. If necessary both brakes will be bled.

The chain, cassette, chainrings, bearings and all cables / hoses / wires are all inspected for wear. The frame is detailed and polished then the bike is reassembled, tuned and torqued to the manufacturer's specification.

All measurements are taken to ensure everything goes back in the exact correct spot.

Your bike will be test ridden by two of our mechanics to ensure that it isn't handed back to you unless it is perfect.

We are happy to build bikes of any brand from scratch. Provide all the parts yourself, or just what you have and we can provide the rest to produce your dream build. We can consult with you to help you find all the right parts to suit your needs.
